How to enrol with us

We are now accepting new Gold DofE enrolments on an open basis.

The enrolment window for new Silver DofE enrolments for 2026/2027 will be open from the 5th of October 2026.

Please note that the following enrolment documents and costs are not yet updated for 2026/2027 and will be updated by the start of the enrolment window.

To enrol, please complete the Enrolment Form and review, agree to, and sign our Code of Conduct and Declaration Form.

The final page of the Code of Conduct and Declaration Form must be returned to us with handwritten signatures (not typed) from both the participant and a parent/carer if the participant is under 18. Please send a digital copy (you can take a picture on your phone) back to us via [email protected].

Once we’ve received the signed form, we’ll send you a payment link based on your enrolment level. After payment is confirmed, we’ll process your enrolment.

You’ll then either receive login details for eDofE or have your existing account updated with your new award level.

Costs

We keep our costs as low as possible in line with our philosophy and non-profit structure.

We only ask for payment for the following:

• Enrolment Fee – This covers the cost of the DofE registration fee and getting participants onto the eDofE platform, and contributes towards our ongoing costs such as DofE licensing and insurance.
• Training day fees – These cover the cost of hiring venues for larger training days.
• Expedition fees – These cover the cost of expedition campsites.

We believe that the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme should be open to everyone. Therefore, if any participant and/or parent feels financially burdened by these costs, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate.

Any fees we charge will be issued directly via an invoice which we will send out when due.
